This is a translation of the Italian original. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The same rules cover other technologies that read or write information on your terminal — localStorage, sessionStorage, browser identifiers — which we treat identically here.

2Necessary cookies (always on)

These make the site work and require no consent. Without them you cannot stay signed in or record a cookie choice.

  • tvpocket-cookie-consent stores your cookie choice. localStorage, 180 days.
  • tvpocket.consent-banner remembers you have seen the product consent panel. localStorage, until you clear site data.
  • Amazon Cognito session authentication tokens that keep you signed in. localStorage, session lifetime.

3Analytics cookies

Active only if you consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the service is used. If you decline, Google's script is never loaded at all: no request reaches Google.

  • _ga distinguishes visitors. Cookie, 2 years.
  • _ga_<ID> persists session state. Cookie, 2 years.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, with transfers to Google LLC (USA) covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Withdrawing consent deletes any _ga cookies already set.

4Marketing cookies

This category exists in the panel but is currently unused: no advertising tool is active. If we enable one, this page will be updated before it goes live.

5Third-party services

Some content is loaded from third parties when you explicitly request it:

  • YouTube (trailers) — the player loads only after you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com. At that point Google receives your IP address and browser data.
  • Google Translate the “Translate” button opens Google Translate in a new tab. Nothing is sent to Google unless you press it.
  • TMDB (image.tmdb.org) and Open Library (covers.openlibrary.org) — serve posters and book covers. They receive the IP address needed to deliver the image; they set no profiling cookies.

6Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing is as easy as giving it:

Alternatively you can clear cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you make no choice, we do not re-prompt for six months.
