Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of TVPocket (hereinafter the “Service”), provided by Ivemind Società Cooperativa Sociale (Ivemind SCS), Via Werner von Siemens 23, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy, VAT no. IT03138990217. By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

TVPocket is an application for tracking TV series, films and books, with social features (profiles, follows, feed, comments), lists, statistics and import of your own history. Catalogue metadata comes from licensed sources and may change or not always be accurate.

• You may register with email/password or sign in with Google/Facebook. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out through your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age set by your local law to give consent to processing).
• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.

You may import your history only through the export file that you obtain and export from the source services (e.g. TV Time via GDPR, Goodreads). We do not ask you for third-party credentials and we do not carry out scraping. By uploading the file you declare that you are entitled to do so and you give your consent to the processing described in the privacy policy.

• You retain ownership of the content you publish (comments, lists, images); you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the Service in order to operate it.
• It is prohibited to publish unlawful or defamatory content, content infringing third-party rights or copyright-protected material without authorisation, and to send spam.
• Respect other users: flag spoilers using the tools provided. We may moderate, remove content or suspend accounts in the event of violations, through a notice-and-takedown reporting procedure via privacy@ivemind.com.
• It is prohibited to attempt bulk extraction of catalogue metadata or to circumvent the technical measures of the Service.

The “TVPocket” trade mark and the software belong to IVEMIND. Catalogue metadata and images (titles, plots, posters) are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence; copying or redistributing them outside the Service is prohibited.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

The Service is offered free of charge; any premium features (e.g. “TVPocket Pro”) and their prices and conditions will be stated at the time of activation.

• The Service is provided “as is”: we do not warrant the accuracy of third-party metadata nor uninterrupted availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (including those towards consumers).
• You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach the Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Italian law applies; for consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of their place of residence remains unaffected. Contact: sales@ivemind.com.
